Ultimately, the review (whicvh proably never happened) determined that he was allowed to stay employed and teach. I told him this instructor taught at all local locations. This was afetr he offered his suggestion for me to change clubs. ![]() After speaking to the same man at corporate over two consecutive days, he backpeddaled what he originally told me and refused to advise their corporate policy on this situation. I tried contact corporate but they close ranks. I was stunned to find out that after these two allegations and having been placed on review that Equinox allowed to continue to teach pending the outcome of that review. The screen shot of these messages were sent to management and, again, I was told that they had a zero-tolerance policy and this matter would be taken very seriously as he was now under review. After he was advised of the report, he retaliated to me on social media sending me threatening messages. He was a last-minute substitute and I decided that I was not going to be intimitated. They claim to have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying but they don't enforce it if it's against one of their own employees.Īfter being a member for 3.5 years, I took a class from an instructor that early on I felt was a bully.
